Refund Policy
Overview
Cherished provides a digital memorial page that is custom-generated for each customer using information you provide. Because each memorial page is a personalized, one-of-a-kind digital good, our refund policy reflects the nature of the product.
Our policy
24-hour cancellation before generation. If you have purchased a memorial page but have not yet completed the build flow (you haven't submitted the information that generates the page), you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Email support@cherished.cc with your order number.
All sales final after generation. Once a memorial page has been generated and is live, the purchase is non-refundable. The page is hosted for 100 years from the date of generation as part of the original purchase price.
Exceptions. We will refund or issue store credit at our discretion in cases of:
- Technical errors that prevent the page from being generated or accessed
- Duplicate accidental charges
- Pages generated using clearly incorrect information that we are unable to correct
To request an exception, contact us within 30 days of the original charge at support@cherished.cc.
How to request a refund
Email support@cherished.cc with:
- The email address used for the purchase
- The date and approximate time of the purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we'll almost always resolve it faster than your bank can. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may result in the associated memorial page being suspended pending review.
