An exquisite way to showcase your Porsche for generations to come.

For most Porsche enthusiasts, having your car featured in a magazine is often considered the Holy Grail of ownership.

But magazines have a relatively short shelf-life, and unless they end up in a dentist’s or doctor’s waiting room, any glory of having your car featured is rather short-lived.

So, after talking with many fellow Porsche owners, we all agreed it would be a fantastic opportunity to give as many cars as possible the chance to be featured in a glossy, hardback book, promoted and sold across the globe. A book that will be cherished for years and generations to come.

“It is such a thrill to think that my beloved car will be featured in such a high-quality and prestigious publication. And I know it won’t do any harm to the car’s value either”

Martin. John – Porsche 911 3.2 Sport

Only contributing owners will receive first-edition limited-run prints of the book.

As a distinguished owner of one of the world’s most unique automobiles, you can now have your Porsche featured in the pages of a premium hardback book; a first of its kind.

First-editions will be printed in a larger format (A4 landscape – 11.7×8.3in/297x210mm), which is significantly larger than the general-release second edition, which will be US trade size (8.5×5.5in/216x127mm), meaning the copies you receive will be true large-format collectors’ editions.

To participate in this singular opportunity, simply pre-order 1-5 copies of the book, and you’ll receive 1-5 beautiful, full-colour pages in the book to showcase your car, free of charge.

Martin John, Portsmouth, UK
1984 911 3.2 Carrera Sport

Example three-page feature

Martin John is only the fifth owner of Poppy, his 3.2 911 Carrera Sport Coupé, registered B900 HSC. The car is finished in Guards Red with a black-pinstripe half-leather sports interior.

It was supplied new in September 1984 by the then-Edinburgh OPC Glen Henderson Porsche in Colinton Road. (Glen was a celebrated motorcycle racer and speed skater, and he also held the OPC in Glasgow plus a Mercedes-Benz franchise in Ayr, Scotland.)

Both OPCs would later be run as Glenvarigill Porsche and were owned by the liqueur dynasty Drambuie.

In early 1984, B900 HSC was commissioned new by a successful lawyer from Dunfermline in Scotland, who kept the car for three years before exchanging it for a new 1987 Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.3 Cosworth. B900 HSC was his third consecutive 911.

And it’s fair to say that Poppy has lived a sheltered life, having covered only 100,700 miles by 2018, when it came into Martin’s custodianship.

An ad on Autotrader led Martin on a journey to the island of Jersey, where the car was parked in an outbuilding, covered in a protective dust cover, and next to its more-recently-built sibling.

It’s over three years since Martin bought Poppy, and in this time he best describes the work done to her as fettling.

“It’s only really been cosmetic work that’s been done, along with some minor repairs such as to replace a worn heater unit,” says Martin.

The car has covered a mere 6000 more miles or so under Martin’s ownership and, as he says, “Every mile has been a pleasure.”

Martin is a member of Porsche Club Great Britain and The Independent Porsche Enthusiasts’ Club. You will find him and Poppy at many Porsche events during the calendar.

Our crowd-published Porsche books are distributed globally by:

Two lucky contributors will win the chance to be the front and back cover star cars

Every Porsche model ever made is welcome to grace our pages.

What exactly is crowd-publishing for Porsche owners?

If you’ve heard the term ‘crowdfunding’, then crowd-publishing works along a similar theme.

But, whereas in crowdfunding members of the public pledge funds to make a project happen, with crowd-publishing, the goal is achieved by like-minded individuals who collectively contribute to a particular cause to create something extraordinary.

In this case, that’s a documented celebration of Porsche ownership to mark 90 years of the brand. And a book to keep for future generations and owners.

In crowd publishing with us, you will receive an exclusive collector’s edition copy (or copies) of the book. Only contributors will receive these collector’s editions. They will never be for general sale, so this is your only opportunity to order multiple copies.

Simply choose to pay in full now or a 50% deposit, with the  balance payable before we send the manuscript to print.

As soon as you order you will receive a link to enter some information about your car. There are sections for you to complete which will help speed up the ghostwriting process. Simply enter the information and return it to us as soon as you can.

One of our ghostwriters will then contact you to discuss your book entry and once they have completed compiling your text and layout, we will send it to you for approval and final sign-off.

How long before I receive my book?

This depends on how quickly we sell our pages in the book, how quickly buyers respond to our form and how soon we can get all the information to our ghostwriters and typesetters.

As a rule of thumb, depending on order book capacity, printing takes approx. 10 days from signing off the final content of the book then fulfillment and delivery another 7 days in the UK. RoW shipping is at the speed of the courier companies.

Quality befitting a Porsche

By their very nature, these books have limited pages, which means the opportunity for inclusion is also limited. As a result, chapters are allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
